Payment Arrangements

We are a legal aid practice. If, however, you are not eligible for legal aid or you do not want to be legally aided, we can conduct your case on a privately funded basis. All our clients receive the best possible advice and advocacy, but private funding can offer more control and choice such as in the choice of barrister or expert.

We always aim to be flexible and will consider payment arrangements to accommodate the individual circumstances of each client.

We are based in the recently refurbished Mclaren Building, a city centre landmark that is only a few minutes’ walk from Birmingham’s New Street, Moor Street and Snow Hill railway stations for easy access from across the UK. We are also within a minute’s walk of the main courts.
